Our business scope encompasses the distribution of New Energy Vehicles, provision of EV charging solutions, electronic parts and mobility solutions, finance and insurance services, retailing of accessories and merchandise, monitoring data services for customers as well as the latest technology in EV design and manufacturing.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear specifications, while bridging communication between business users and technical teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to design, implement, and deliver effective web and mobile solutions across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement by providing insights, tracking progress, and enhancing processes and system capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Programming, or a related field, with a strong interest in progressing into project management and business analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven exposure to web and mobile application projects.
• Experience in business analysis, project coordination, and digital delivery.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical knowledge in Flutter, at least one web development stack, SQL query writing (including SELECT statements), and BI/reporting tools is an added advantage.
• Mandarin proficiency would be an added advantage due to business requirements.
