Job Overview :

The Assistant Manager Pricing & Post-Sale manages how repossessed or returned vehicles are priced and sold in the secondary market.

This role ensures that asset values are protected through accurate pricing strategies, that post-sale reconciliations are properly handled, and that any differences between sale proceeds and book values are managed correctly.

This position is critical to balancing profitability, transparency, and governance in the remarketing process.

It ensures that the company maximizes asset value recovery while maintaining compliance with internal pricing policies.

Task Description :

• Review reserve pricing using CAL matrix and market guides; document any deviations and ensure alignment with internal policy.
• Reconcile post-sale values against book values; manage ledger updates, settlements, and final customer payments; ensure accurate adjustments.
• Coordinate with remarketing agents and auction houses; oversee vendor compliance with agreed pricing strategy and SLA performance.
• Compile post-sale performance metrics, update dashboards, and report on variances or trends.
• Drive digitization, process improvements, and provide additional support as required within pricing and post-sale activities.

Minimum 7 years of related working experience

• Good knowledge in MS Office software like Word & Excel
• Good spoken and written English.Conversant in Cantonese / Mandarin and local dialects
