What you'll be doing
Sales & Channel Operations
- Design and manage sales operations across field sales, key accounts, and distributors
- Define coverage models, route-to-market, and outlet segmentation
- Support distributor management including targets, incentives, and performance tracking
Pricing, Promotions & Trade Spend
- Own pricing structures, discount frameworks, and promotional mechanics
- Track and optimize trade spend, schemes, rebates, and visibility investments
- Ensure margin discipline while supporting competitive market execution
Revenue Planning & Forecasting
- Lead demand forecasting in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Support annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and volume/value targets
- Analyze performance by outlet type, channel, geography, and SKU
Data, Systems & Reporting
- Own CRM / SFA tools for field sales and key account teams
- Build dashboards for outlet coverage, strike rates, productivity, and revenue
- Ensure high data quality across sales, distributor, and customer systems
Cross-Functional Execution
- Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement
- Support new outlet onboarding, menu listings, and product launches
- Enable smooth order-to-cash and issue resolution for customers and distributors
Process Improvement & Enablement
- Standardize commercial processes across regions and teams
- Develop playbooks, SOPs, and training for sales and distributor teams
- Drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness and execution quality
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- More than 8 years in commercial operations, sales operations, or trade marketing
- Direct experience in HORECA, FMCG, beverages, foodservice, or hospitality supply
- Hands-on experience with distributor-led or field-sales-driven models
- Strong proficiency with CRM/SFA tools, Excel, and BI dashboards
- Strong understanding of HORECA sales dynamics and on-trade execution
- Excellent analytical skills with strong business judgment
- Ability to manage complexity across high-volume, low-margin transactions
- Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable working with field teams and distributors
