What You'll Be Doing -
- Manage and actively participate in all company secretarial functions within the Group, ensuring both oversight and hands-on execution.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, external advisors and internal stakeholders on statutory and governance matters.
- Support and coordinate corporate exercises, including incorporations, restructuring and due diligence activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including timely filings, annual returns and proper maintenance of statutory records.
- Oversee and manage the notarization, apostillation and legalization of corporate documents.
- Manage Board meetings, including preparation of agendas, papers and minutes.
- Coordinate shareholders meetings and prepare resolutions and governance documentation.
- Provide guidance and review work to ensure accuracy and efficiency across the team.
About you -
- CGI (ICSA) qualification or CGQP (ICSA) finalist.
- At least 5 to 8 years of company secretarial practice working experience (in-house and/or management firm).
- Strong knowledge of company secretarial principles and regulatory practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, resilient, and detailed-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
