This position is responsible for supporting all Business Development related activities are on track and up-to-date. Responsibilities include participating in the entire tender process, managing business inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary, and collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders to prepare a robust bid proposal for presentation. The role also involves conducting market and financial analysis and feasibility studies of projects in coordination with regional teams, assessing competition, and advocating the necessary requirements for the project at hand.
What You'll Be Doing -
- Tender Management: Support the preparation and delivery of tenders, proposals, and professional presentations. Ensure compliance with requirements, develop and negotiate contracts, and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
- Business P&L: Possess a strong understanding of business P&L, including the advantages and disadvantages of different business models.
- Finance and Business Analysis: Prepare finance and business analyses, highlighting key issues and making recommendations for executive consideration.
- Financial Models: Prepare financial models, proposals, budgets, and valuations.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity through timely and accurate data entry and database maintenance for performance tracking, budget control, and future business decision-making; run business analytics queries to identify performance gaps for management.
- Commercial Offers: Structure creative, competitive, and feasible commercial offers, and support the formulation of financial submissions through illustrations and written documentation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies in cooperation with regional teams. Assess competition and advocate necessary requirements for ongoing projects.
- Business Inquiries: Handle business inquiries and direct them to related departments if necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that a strong bid proposal is prepared for presentation.
- Global Expansion: Support rapid global business expansion by proposing various business models and commercial offers, as well as performing due diligence exercises.
- New Market Identification: Identify new markets and understand local industry landscapes by conducting competitor analyses and benchmarking exercises.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal divisions and business units to align business strategies.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Support other ad-hoc business analyses as required by the business development division.
About you -
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Management or a quantitative discipline from a reputable university
- Strong commercial, business development, financial modelling and excel skills
- Ability to work proactively, independently and under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism and accuracy in financial analysis is a must
- At least 3 5 years experience in commercial or business development fields. Candidates with solid exposure in corporate commercial & business development and or multinational corporate environments will be an advantage
- Experience in project management or tender submissions and exposure to Americas and European markets preferred
- Detail-oriented with a growth mind-set, negotiation skills and strong team spirit
- Knowledge of Aviation, Hospitality and/or the travel ecosystem is a plus.
