What youll be doing:
- To provide comprehensive support in all aspect of the company secretarial practice for companies within the Group.
- To support in maintaining and updating the statutory records of companies, ensuring timely lodgment and filing of the statutory documents
- To assist Senior Secretarial Manager in incorporation of companies globally.
- To collaborate with Senior Secretarial Manager in organizing, coordinating and managing Board Meetings, which includes preparing agendas, collating and distributing meeting materials, and recording precise Minutes of Board Meeting.
- To prepare board/shareholder resolutions/minutes for various corporate changes / exercises, as and when required.
- To provide guidance and support to junior members of the secretarial team
- To manage the notarization, apostillation and/or legalization of documents, as and when required.
- To liaise with external company secretaries, Auditors, Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory authorities as and when required.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a diversified, fast-paced, and collaborative environment with excellent interpersonal skills:
- CGI (ICSA) qualification or CGQP (ICSA) finalist
- At least 5 to 8 years of company secretarial practice working experience (in-house and/or management firm)
- Sound knowledge of company secretarial principles and practices.
- Proactive, resourceful, resilient, meticulous, and attentive to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
