Lead and supervise a team of accountants providing accounting and controlling support for the assigned countries.
Plan, allocate, and structure roles and responsibilities within the team to ensure effective delivery.
Review and validate team output to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and technical support to team members, including implementation of new Group policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Coordinate and manage monthly balance sheet reviews in collaboration with Regional and Country finance teams.
Partner closely with Management to implement and drive process standardization across supported countries.
Promote process harmonization and simplification in line with company policies and governance standards.
Lead and coordinate the migration of accounting activities from country entities to the Shared Service Centre in accordance with approved transition plans and timelines.
Drive cost efficiency initiatives and eliminate duplication or redundancies through centralized operations.
Foster team engagement, motivation, and a positive working environment.
Perform resource planning and continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Monitor, track, and report team KPIs to ensure service levels and performance targets are achieved.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, or a recognized professional qualification.
Minimum of 7–9 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3 years of people management or supervisory experience.
