Responsibilities
Keysight's Global Sales Operations team is seeking a Global Team Lead who combines operational expertise with influential leadership to drive new processes and capabilities that support key business strategies, enterprise platforms, and applications.
You will partner with high‑performing teams and cross‑functional leaders worldwide to deliver scalable, customer‑centric solutions.
- Exhibit leadership behaviors such as influencing without authority, guiding teams through effective communication, fostering collaboration across regions, and role‑modeling a continuous improvement mindset.
- Provide clarity in complex situations, create alignment among diverse stakeholders, and drive accountability for shared prioritized outcomes.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of Keysight Sales, Marketing, and Customer Contact Centers including finance and compliance requirements.

- Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to lead teams through management of change, uncertainty, and shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long‑term vision with day‑to‑day operational needs.
