Your new role
- Evaluate potential acquisitions by analysing historical financial performance, revenue sustainability, cost structures and profit trends.
- Develop financial models including cash flow projections, break-even analysis, and investment return metrics (IRR and NPV)
- Conduct commercial and financial due diligence across operational risks, valuation benchmarks and long-term business viability.
- Support deal execution and strategic expansion including negotiation support, partnership modelling, and feasibility studies for new ventures.
- Prepare investment memorandums, board papers, and structured acquisition evaluation reports to support senior management and board decision-making.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4-7 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or financial modelling experience from audit advisory
- Experience in financial analysis and modelling skills to evaluate investment returns, valuation metrics
- Exposure to M&A processes, commercial due diligence and investment evaluation
- Possesses analytical thinking and ability to translate complex financial findings for recommendations
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management experience to collaborate with multiple parties within the transaction lifecycle.
