Description
- Manage projects valued up to RM10M and support larger-scale initiatives reaching RM80M.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, financial modelling, and feasibility assessments for investment opportunities and site selection.
- Lead mergers and acquisitions, divestment strategies, and brand expansion efforts, including due diligence and valuation processes.
- Oversee project schedules, regulatory approvals, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Drive business optimisation programs, facility enhancements, and deliver strategic solutions for property and network growth.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring timely execution and professional development.
- Maintain a robust market intelligence database and benchmark against industry best practices.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Corporate Finance or a related field.
- At least 7 years experience in Project Management/ Accounting/ Finance/ Business or related field.
- Strong experience in financial modelling, project management, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
