Assist in reviewing proposals, announcements, circulars and submission documents prepared by the principal adviser for any corporate transactions to be undertaken by the Group.
Assist to prepare the financial effects in relation to corporate proposals to assess financial risks and returns.
Assist in the management and process in relation to the Bank's proposed dividend and proposed dividend reinvestment plans.
Assist in preparing board and management committee papers/presentations.
Attend and participate in negotiations with counsels, potential buyers and various internal and external parties.
Attend discussion and due diligence working committee meetings for the proposed corporate and capital raising/debt issuance exercise.
Assist due diligence process related to the corporate exercises which involves both internal and external parties.
Assist to coordinate internal departments on various mattes such as finance, accounting and business projections.
Assist debt capital market origination and execution including bonds, sukuk and various capital instruments.
Compile and verify corporate and financial information included in the submission/public documents prior to submission to the regulators/issuance to the shareholders.
Assist and work together with respective stakeholders to update the Recovery Plan as well as to assist to undertake annual review and recalibration of Group Recovery Plan.
Coordinator for Business Continuity Management and back-up Coordinator for Operational Risk to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements for the Department.
