Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in costing, commercial, program management, or EMS manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of BOM, RFQ, NRE, tooling, and product costing structure.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis for cost modeling and reporting.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills (internal & customers).
  • Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the costing & commercial team in supporting quotation, pricing strategy, and program profitability.
  • Develop and maintain product costing models including BOM, labor, overhead, tooling, and NRE.
  • Prepare cost analysis and pricing proposals for RFQ, new projects, and engineering changes.
  • Provide cost impact analysis for Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and customer-driven modifications.
  • Monitor and validate sales orders, forecasts, and purchase orders to ensure costing accuracy and alignment.
  • Manage customer quotation activities, including pricing negotiation and cost justification.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams on commercial and costing matters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of costing data in system to support business decisions and financial planning.
