Job Description

We are looking for a driven and analytical Assistant Manager – Demand Planning to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, driving data-informed decisions, and ensuring optimal balance between supply and demand to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market insights
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to align demand and supply plans
  • Support business decision-making through data analysis, insights, and forecasting models
  • Monitor forecast performance and identify opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy
  • Drive initiatives to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and prevent write-offs
  • Contribute to improving overall service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Support and participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields
  • 4–5 years of experience in supply chain planning
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a demand planning role, preferably with some leadership exposure
  • Strong command of English; additional local language(s) is an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Basic knowledge of statistical forecasting and experience with forecasting systems/tools
  • Good understanding of S&OP processes, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
