Responsibilities

  • Facilitate technical support of users using knowledge of Java, Ansible, PowerShell, SQL Queries, Azure PowerShell.
  • Work with application developers, support teams and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with testing including replicating any defects resulting from configuration or source code.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation/release notes.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to internal standards and industry best practice.
  • Identify areas for process optimization related to IAM engineering.
  • Establish coding standards/guidelines and perform code review.
  • Report progress to management on a regular basis.
  • Cross train with other team members to share knowledge and learn new skills.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years experience with Java, Ansible, PowerShell, SQL Queries, Azure PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with REST API development and consumption.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Good to have knowledge IAM (Identity and access management domain).
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
