Position Title: Assistant Manager, Digital Services (Strategic Planning & Project)

Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager, Digital Services, will lead the development and implementation of digital strategies to enhance the organization's performance and efficiency. You will manage digital transformation projects, working with key stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital change initiatives across the organization, including feasibility studies, financial analysis, and new business/product development.
- Identify opportunities for digital solutions to improve business processes.
- Oversee transformation projects like Product Development and Cost Reduction initiatives.
- Build consensus on digital solutions with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Serve as the primary contact between stakeholders and the technical team during project development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Project Management experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and digital tools.
