Job Scope

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our employer branding initiatives to attract UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) talents and support their development journey to become future UNIQLO Business Leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline through university partnerships, managing the end-to-end UMC selection and onboarding process, and developing strategies to strengthen the UMC program.

This role requires a professional with proven expertise in employer branding, strong analytical and planning skills, and a demonstrated passion for UNIQLO and retail operations. The individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be proactive in anticipating challenges, and remain open to taking on additional tasks as assigned.

Employer Branding Strategy

  • Drive and execute employer branding strategy that position UNIQLO as the employer of choice.
  • Develop compelling branding campaigns and narratives to inspire and attract potential UMC talents.
  • Identify and leverage effective platforms and messaging strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (ie: Marketing, PR) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development

  • Create and nurture strong partnership with selected universities to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, campus events, and engagement programs
  • Support the design and execution of internship and graduate programs.

Interview & Selection Process

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end UMC interview and selection process, ensuring efficiency and fairness.
  • Conduct candidate interviews with strong ability to assess job potential, fit and readiness.
  • Train and guide selected interviewers to ensure consistency and excellence in candidate evaluation.
  • Ensure all documentation related to the selection process is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.

Talent Development Support

  • Facilitate onboarding and development journeys for new hires.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR and Training team) to align and monitor employee growth progress and journey.

Retail & Store Operations Integration

  • Possess strong interest and passion in UNIQLO's Philosophy and retail operations.
  • Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
  • Strong experience in candidate assessment and interview facilitation, with proven ability to train and coach interviewers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrate strong passion for UNIQLO and retail operations. Has high willingness and ability to immerse in retail and store operations processes.
  • Ability to anticipate and generate new ideas, demonstrate active problem-solving skills, and independently design action plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Flexibility to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required
