Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

Trade Marketing Execution & Planning

• Support the execution of Enterprise Trade Marketing strategies across mobile, FWA, Fixed fibre and Solution services

• Translate approved trade strategies into actionable GTM plans, channel programs, sales boosters, and promotional toolkits

• Assist in annual and quarterly trade planning, including promotional calendars, channel priorities, and execution timelines.

Channel Support & Performance Enablement

• Work closely with Sales teams (SME, Mid-Market, Corporate) to implement trade initiatives that improve conversion and pipeline quality.

• Support channel segmentation, coverage initiatives, and activation programs to improve productivity and market reach.

• Act as a key liaison between Trade Marketing and frontline sales/partners to ensure effective execution.

Trade Promotions & Campaign Management

• Execute trade promotions, incentives, contests, and partner reward programs according to approved plans.

• Coordinate campaign rollout, mechanics briefing, and communication to ensure clarity and adoption by partners.

• Track promotion performance and consolidate results to assess effectiveness and ROI.

POSM & Merchandising Execution

• Coordinate development, deployment, and replenishment of POSM materials (e.g. flyers, standees, fixtures, in-store displays).

• Support retail and partner outlet audits to ensure brand compliance, visibility standards, and customer experience consistency.

• Work with vendors and merchandisers to ensure timely and quality execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Branding, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure aligned execution of GTM initiatives.

• Provide on-the-ground trade and channel feedback to support product launches, pricing actions, and campaign improvements.

Data, Reporting & Insights

• Track trade program performance, campaign uptake, and channel KPIs.

• Prepare regular reports and dashboards covering execution status, ROI indicators, and partner engagement levels.

• Gather competitor and market intelligence to support continuous improvement of trade initiatives.

Budget & Vendor Coordination

• Support budget tracking and cost control for assigned trade programs and POSM initiatives.

• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and printers to ensure deliverables meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations.

About You

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum 4–6 years experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales Operations or related roles.

• Experience in telecommunications, FMCG, or consumer electronics is preferred.

• Exposure to Enterprise or B2B channels is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong execution capability with attention to detail and timelines.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to track performance and derive insights.

• Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Commercially aware and able to balance cost, impact, and execution quality.

• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

• Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
