Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Seremban. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and managing staff performance. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and implementing operational improvements. The role also involves tracking operational metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
