Take Charge of These Key Areas
- Lead project costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Manage the full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations).
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
- Manage compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on profitability tracking and cost control.
- Exposure/experience in Group Consolidation will be a strong plus.
The Talent Behind the Role
We&aposre searching for someone who brings not just technical know-how, but also a proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 610 years of accounting experience
- Solid understanding of Malaysian tax laws and financial reporting standards (MPERS/MFRS)
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., Acumatica) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
- Great communication skills for working across departments and with external stakeholders
- Experience with audits and financial reporting is an advantage
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, or MIA) is a must.
