Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

Finance - Functional

As an in-house expert who will play a key role in strategic solution design and supporting operational enhancements on the Finance functional processes
Provides project coordination, functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for enterprise
To be involved in analysis of AS-IS and TO-BE processes
To liaise with user and technical resources to design and manage other systems integration to Oracle Fusion
To serve as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution, and execution tasks such as Pre Go-Live, UAT, Post Go live training
To perform quality audit on Finance functional performance
To implement and improve SLA Tracking and performance
To develop and implement Service Review Meeting with Country Finance
To liaise with auditor for Oracle IT audit related
To lead in-house projects for process improvement for Finance Functions for Oracle Fusion

Oracle Helpdesk & MasterData

Assist in the system maintenance and support of Oracle's Finance & EPM modules to improve daily Group Finance Operations and contribute to the delivery of strategic objectives
To assist Manager in collaborating with Group Finance, ICT and Shared Services Centre to ensure the ongoing availability and integrity of required functionality and information and provide system users with systems support and training to ensure effective and consistent use of Finance systems.
To assist Manager in collaborating with Shared Services Centre to provide assessment, development, planning and implementation services for finance system improvement strategies and design, build, implement and support new system capabilities.
1 st Level support for Oracle Helpdesk for Finance and EPM modules

WHO YOU ARE:

Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent professional qualifications with 6 years of working experience in Finance and Accounting
Candidates must have experience working with Oracle Cloud Application / Oracle Fusion
Candidates must possess strong knowledge in Finance modules
Proven experience in problem solving, dealing with ambiguity, and organizational agility
Ability to effectively communicate with end users, peers, and management how the software application can assist in supporting their need.
Effective in cross-department collaboration
