What will you be doing
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
- Analyze and provide improvement recommendations on logistics and warehousing cost.
- As a business partner, to support the stakeholder team by providing key analysis and insights for decision making.
- Monthly result updates and analysis on Supply Chain fixed overheads for respective functions in Supply Chain.
- Be involved in Supply Chain Projects, particularly on route to market warehousing and logistics and operation process improvement.
- Assist to provide financial insight to Superior cases business cases related to FOH.
- Drive Process Improvement/automation (Speed & Simplicity process) related to Supply Chain Finance.
- To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc requests as and when assigned by the management.
- Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost to operate statement along with supporting analysis.
- Maintain system product cost and comply to transfer pricing policy, preparation of inventory aging report.
- Assist in analyzing complex manufacturing processes in coordination with Operations Management to improve decision making.
- Assist in preparation of budget for manufacturing costing related and to ensure excise duty daily/weekly/monthly computation are correctly performed and reconciled on time.
What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- At least 5 years working experience in costing or preferably in manufacturing / supply chain finance.
- Proficient in SAP knowledge.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to prioritize and work on own initiative and ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, financial and systems skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
