Job Description
1.Ensure all finance and accounting activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner.
2.Timely preparation of the Group's Flash results and monthly Financial result for Management Committee Meeting.
3.Timely preparation of the Group's monthly/quarterly/annually management reports.
4.Timely preparation of Annual Report and statutory financial statements for regulatory and other reporting in compliance with listing and other regulatory requirements.
5.Liaise with financial institutions on funding, borrowing costs, treasury management and other relevant matters.
6.Involved in annual budget, plans and policies in line with the Group's overall strategies and targets.
7. Review of project feasibility study, cost monitoring, cost variance analysis and project tax planning.
8.Prepare tax estimation and ensure payments are made timely.
9.Recommend improvement to accounting and financial information systems on an on-going basis.
10.Assist the superior to ensure, maintain and enforce a proper supervisory programme and competent system of internal controls.
11.Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, lawyers, tax agents and other external parties including regulatory bodies on financing and other accounting related matters.
12.Coordinating and oversee the overall conduct of audit exercise and liaise with internal and Update with the latest applicable accounting standards and other developments in accounting.
13.Observe comply and be conversant with all Rules and Regulations affecting the Company's business from time to time and all statutory modifications and reenactments as may be introduced thereto.
14.Perform special assignments or ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
15.Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, Laws, Rules of the Exchange(s), directives and guidelines issued by the regulatory bodies and the Company's internal policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
1.Degree or equivalent qualification in accountancy
2.Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably with reporting, auditing or Property Development experience.
