Job Overview

We are looking for an Senior Executive, Finance to support banking matters, operational finance, compliance, and reporting functions across Salam Alliance and its subsidiaries.

This is a hands-on, operational role involving coordination with banks, auditors, internal departments, and management to ensure smooth financial operations and proper documentation control.

We are prioritising candidates with finance, banking, or operational backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage banking facilities (loans, OD, trade finance, working capital)
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax agents
• Handle daily banking matters and reconciliations
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Prepare reports for management
• Support insurance matters and project-related finance tasks
• Identify and improve finance processes

Requirements

• Minimum Degree Banking / Finance / Business Admin ( non accounting )
• 23 years or more experience in finance operations, banking, or compliance roles
• Experience dealing with banks or financial institutions is preferred

Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting will be deprioritised to ensure better role alignment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and structured
• Comfortable working independently
• Good reporting and Excel skills
