Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Lobby Lounge to ensure smooth service and profitability
  • Maintain exceptional service standards in line with Shangri-La policies and brand expectations
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure consistent quality of food, beverage, service delivery, and outlet cleanliness
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Sales & Events, and other hotel departments
  • Monitor cost control, inventory usage, and operational expenses to meet financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, fire, and life safety regulations

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management
  • Minimum 23 years experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within F&B
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a service team
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
  • Sound knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and guest relations
  • Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and safety compliance standards
  • Cost-conscious with basic financial and inventory management knowledge
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
