Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with invested entities under Global Terminal Management to review operating and financial performanceAssist in monitoring operational KPIs, identifying, and analyzing performance gapsPrepare and present regular updates on entities performance, related projects and key discussionsReview companies annual budget including capital expenditure plans and assist to obtain Management approvalsAnalyse budget and actual financial performance of invested entitiesManage day-to-day corporate administrative operations and oversee key shareholder-related mattersCollaborate across departments to manage various initiatives and support in projects or ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or any related field4 to 5 years of relevant experience in group company management within the shipping industryStrong knowledge in financial statement analysis, budgeting and performance trackingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive team player with experience working in a multicultural organisationIntermediate software proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Vlookup, Waterfall Chart) and google workspace
