Job Purpose .
The IT Lead/Business Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing system and solutions that enable seamless connectivity between systems and data sources. This role ensures interoperability across platforms, supports business processes through efficient integration, and drives system implementation projects aligned with organizational goals. In addition, need to analyse business requirements, project issues, produce project artefacts (such as Functional/Technical Specification Documents), translating business requirements into technical requirements. He/She will work on multiple transformation projects simultaneously, make project planning, control project implementation and carry out Project Management activities.
The person will collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing system.
Key Responsibilities .
Understanding requirements
1)Ability to solicit and elicit requirements from business and technology units to explore impact of decisions and recommend improvements
2)Understand business priorities, documenting requirements and determining solutions in partnership with the vendors and/or internal teams
3)Assess design requirement and its fitness in the existing architecture environment in comply with the enterprise architecture standards.
4)Understand the architecture techniques including gap analysis and requirement gathering.
5)Gather, analyse and develop requirements specification and establish operational scenarios and concepts for vendor developed applications
6)Liase with Compliance, Risk and control functions to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements
7)Ability to contribute to manage and communicate change in both operations and business partners in the bank
8)Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with business units to gather requirements. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

IT Lead
1)Develop and coordinate the documentation of the High Level Solutions
2)Work with the vendor team to develop High Level Solutions if required
3)Assist in designing and developing solution architecture patterns and Work with other team members in identifying common reusable patterns and standardize them across the group and country level for the identified business domain area.
4)Work collaboratively with solution developers to ensure technical solution meets customer requirements and leads to user satisfaction.
5)Prepare solution engineering documents for the programs and projects under the business portfolio by mapping various technology products into the architecture design for optimal design with sizing details by considering the business non-functional requirements to comply with the enterprise architecture standards.
6)Liaising with technology teams to ensure the requirements are understood and that functional and design proposals are fit for purpose
7)Facilitate work package prioritization to ensure on time solutions delivery
8)Provide support to relevant teams in IT incidents/issues resolutions and Level 2/3 support to Application Support team for production systems in BAU, when required.

Perform Integration Design


1)Lead end-to-end integration for projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely completion.
2)Assist in designing and developing integration architecture patterns, standards, and best practices with design scalable and secure integration solutions for applications and systems.
3)Managing the APIs, middleware, and data exchange mechanisms and to ensure interoperability between on-premises and cloud systems.
4)Data Migration & Transformation. To oversee data mapping, migration, and transformation processes. Plus maintain data integrity and consistency across integrated systems in accordance with standard CIMB governance policies.
5)Troubleshooting & Optimization. To work closely with vendor and integrated system to diagnose and resolve integration issues promptly. Plus, to Optimize performance and scalability of integration solutions.
6)Security & Compliance. To implement security measures for data exchange and integration points and ensure compliance with CIMB regulatory and compliance standards.
7)Prepare, oversee and perform various systems tests including system integration test (SIT), regression test and user acceptance test (UAT) throughout SDLC within project plan timeline with relevant stakeholders.

Project Management
1)Work with vendors for alignment, performance monitoring and coordination of the delivery of project deliverables and technical related activities.
2)Prepare accurate and timely project status and operational reports and information as required by management, business stakeholders, auditors, regulators, etc.
3)Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with the established project and delivery management methodology, processes and standards and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, auditors, CIMB Group's Enterprise Architecture and IT governance and standards, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning framework.

Job Specification .
Qualifications
(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements Cloud certification (AWS, MS Azure, GCP or etc.)
CoBIT/ITIL
Relevant Work Experience Minimum 7-9 years in IT management, projects, process, change or business analysis or programmer role in service or vendor based organisation or banks/ financial institutions
Experience in implementing multiple IT projects in a dynamic and complex environment
Experience in implementing an automation process using AI and Machine Learning (optional)
Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary and regional environment (optional)
Hands-on experience in programming
Knowledge in Artificial Intelligent and Machine Learning technology
