Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in leading the end-to-end implementation of the functional module, ensuring it meets the company's goals.
  • Configure and customize the functional module to align business processes.
  • Collaborate with Group HR, business units to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
  • Provide advice and guidance on system capabilities and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve any issues within Workday.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical problems and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with other Workday leads to ensure alignment across modules and consistent delivery.
  • Support L2 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and support requests related to Workday.
  • Manages all assigned Incident & Service Requests and deliver according to the target resolution time.
  • Ensure resolution time meeting SLA target.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows.
  • Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall HRIT Platform proficiency in the end user base.
  • Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.
  • Manage S1 issue escalation with relevant parties effectively.
  • Support Manager in executing proof of concepts (POCs) for new Change Request
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices within the team.
  • Able to take pro-active initiatives in BAU support or initiatives.

Requirements:

Education

  • University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in BAU support for Workday modules
  • Familiar with ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
  • Good understanding of how system works.
  • Possess knowledge of application developments methodologies or system configurations
