A leading global MNC is seeking an
Assistant HR Manager with experience in Union Management, Industrial Relations, and Foreign Worker Management to join their team.
Responsible in managing labor relations, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering positive employee relations, and facilitating smooth union-management interactions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry with a significant focus on labor relations and union management.
Demonstrated experience with collective bargaining processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and maintain confidentiality.
