Job Description

A leading global MNC is seeking an Assistant HR Manager with experience in Union Management, Industrial Relations, and Foreign Worker Management to join their team.
  • Job Overview:

Responsible in managing labor relations, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering positive employee relations, and facilitating smooth union-management interactions.
  • Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry with a significant focus on labor relations and union management.
Demonstrated experience with collective bargaining processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,
  • 00 - RM10,000.00 per month
