Job Description
JEN Singapore Tanglin
We are seeking a handson HR professional to manage endtoday HR operations for JEN Singapore Tanglin, partnering Division Heads to deliver effective HR support aligned with ShangriLa Group standards and Singapore employment legislation.
As an Assistant HR Manager, we rely on you to:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including statutory filings and payroll vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews, and contract administration
- Provide HR advisory and employee relations support to managers and employees
- Support performance management, compensation exercises, and work pass administration
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, HR reporting, and HR-related projects
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a Diploma or Degree in HR or related discipline (preferred)
- Has Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience, with strong payroll exposure
- Possess good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
- Is proficient in Excel skills, attention to detail and confidence with HR systems
- Is proactive, handson and comfortable working in a fastpaced hotel environment
