Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys being on the ground, close to people and operations We're looking for ahands-on HR Assistant Managerto support full-spectrum HR operationsin a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding/offboarding for both operational and staff roles
- Support performance managementactivities including KPI tracking, confirmation, PIP, promotions, and transfers
- Manage industrial & employee relations, including disciplinary cases, domestic inquiries, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives, including hostel management.
- Oversee training & development, including HRDF matters
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with Malaysia Labour Law, ISO standards, and social compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysia labour law, industrial relations, and compliance.
- Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, people-oriented team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
