About the job
This is a hands-on HR leadership role for someone who is comfortable making decisions, setting direction, and structuring HR practices beyond day-to-day operations. You will lead a small HR team and work closely with management to strengthen talent management, recruitment, succession planning, and compensation & benefits frameworks, while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and a positive employee experience within a stable, growing organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive talent audit initiatives to assess capability gaps, identify critical roles, and support succession planning.
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business growth and leadership expectations.
- Develop and implement retention strategies to engage and retain key talent during organisational transition.
- Review and enhance compensation and benefits structures to ensure market competitiveness and scalability.
- Support the development of long-term incentive or equity-based programs in alignment with governance requirements.
- Strengthen HR policies and governance frameworks, including compliance, data privacy, and ethical standards.
- Ensure HR data accuracy, structure, and readiness for internal and regulatory reporting.
- Evaluate and enhance HR systems and processes to support organisational scale and reporting needs.
- Support culture-building, change management, and clear internal communication during periods of transformation.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and external partners on people-related reporting, frameworks, and readiness initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 58 years of HR experience, with exposure to both operational and decision-making responsibilities
- Comfortable making HR decisions independently while partnering closely with management.
- Approachable, fair, and people-oriented, with a non-biased and ethical mindset
- Well-structured, disciplined, and adaptable to evolving business needs
