What You'll Do
- Lead Data-Driven Audits: Execute and support IT audit assignments using data analytics aligned with the annual audit plan.
- Develop Advanced Analytics: Design and maintain scripts, dashboards, and continuous auditing programs to monitor risks proactively.
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and control gaps, and translate findings into impactful recommendations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Support other audit teams with data extraction and analytics, and champion innovative approaches like AI integration.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Enhance audit methodologies and tools to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or ISMS Lead Auditor.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in data analytics, IT audit, or programming/script development.
- Familiarity with audit frameworks (ISMS, COBIT, PCI DSS) and risk-based auditing.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL processes.
- Experience with analytics tools (ACL, SAS) and visualization platforms (Power BI, Metabase).
- Knowledge of RPA, APIs, and web scraping is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
