Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at KSL Hotel & Resort, located in Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support departmental goals. Responsibilities include staff management, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with company standards, and assisting with financial tasks such as budgeting and expense tracking. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the guest experience.

- Strong managerial and leadership skills, including team supervision and staff mentoring
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to maintain guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and expense monitoring
- Experience in hospitality operations, with knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills for addressing guest concerns and operational challenges
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is advantageous
