Job Description

This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic B2B partnerships with clinics, healthcare providers, and corporate partners. The position focuses on identifying collaboration opportunities, building strong partner relationships, and developing initiatives that support the growth of the retail pharmacy network.

Responsibilities:

B2B Partnership Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with clinics, healthcare providers, and corporate networks to expand the company's healthcare ecosystem.
  • Establish collaboration opportunities such as clinic-pharmacy partnerships, referral programs, and integrated healthcare services.
  • Actively source and secure new B2B opportunities that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.

Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase brand presence and customer acquisition through external partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare ecosystem opportunities to identify potential collaboration channels.
  • Support initiatives that drive cross-referrals between clinics and pharmacy outlets.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic owners, healthcare professionals, and key business partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partnership accounts to ensure smooth collaboration and long-term engagement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including Operations and Marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals.

Negotiation & Partnership Structuring

  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, commercial terms, and collaboration frameworks.
  • Develop mutually beneficial partnership models that drive both customer value and business growth.
  • Ensure proper documentation and alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track partnership performance, including referral growth, revenue contribution, and program effectiveness.
  • Prepare business reports and provide insights to management on partnership outcomes and future opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve partnership strategies to maximize business impact.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 - 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably in healthcare, retail pharmacy, or FMCG industries.
  • Experience working with clinics and healthcare providers will be added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking ability to identify growth opportunities and develop partnership strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and expanding retail environment.
  • Willing to travel for business development and partnership meetings.
