Job Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with data providers (e.g., financial institutions, telcos, utilities) to source relevant data for credit scoring and risk assessment.
- Develop and execute the data acquisition roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of datasets while maintaining data quality and security standards.
- Manage the end-to-end data fulfilment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and IT to ensure data is structured, accessible, and analytics-ready.
- Any other ad hoc task as assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from any reputable university;
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in credit scoring industry, data acquisition and/or data management;
- Familiarity with Malaysian regulatory frameworks (e.g., PDPA, Bank Negara Malaysia) and data privacy laws will be an added advantage;
- Working knowledge of data management tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, data integration platforms, APIs); and
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
