The Wealth Lending Product Manager/ Assistant Manager will report to the Head of Wealth & Asset Financing. The successful candidate will be responsible to formulate and implement local products strategy and business plans to achieve Wealth Lending financial targets. Manage business relationships with counterparties and stakeholders, with the objective of securing quality products & services. Implement appropriate rules and guidelines to ensure all internal and external, legal, compliance and risk management requirements are met.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement products strategy and business plans to achieve Wealth Lending financial targets.
Provide feedback on credit developments in the local financial services marketplace.
Manage business relationships with counterparties, with the objective of securing quality products.
Ensure implementation of appropriate systems and operational procedures to support all asset financing Products.
Implement appropriate rules and guidelines to ensure all internal and external, legal, compliance and risk management requirements are met.
Provide training support to the ground and ensure that frontlines undergo formal initial and on-going training requirements.
Manage business relationship with counterparties and internal stakeholders, with the objective of securing quality products & services.
Ensure all the list of marginable shares, price cap, and rating are made available to the frontline for customer update.
Work closely with marketing team for marketing planning.
Ensure that frontline undergo formal initial and on-going formal training requirements.
Responsible for user requirement specification preparation for system enhancement.
Job Requirements:
Malaysian citizen
Undergraduate degree Accounting/ Banking/ Investment/ Finance/ Economics or a related field.
Possess professional Wealth Management/ investment related certification will be added advantage.
Min 5 years of relevant experience in the financial/ investment/ wealth lending field.
Deep understanding and command of investment strategy and fundamentals, with focus to support product and business plan.
