Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achievement of budget and portfolio mix set.
  • Recruitment and retention of agents.
  • Maximizing business support from agents through regular servicing and visitations.
  • Supervise and conduct training for unit agents.
  • Provide marketing & technical support to unit agents.
  • Gather market feedback on competitors activities.
  • Acceptance of risks in compliance with Underwriting Standing Order.
  • Monitor acceptance of risks of agents.
  • Monitoring Underwriting results of agents.
  • Collection of premiums in compliance with Credit Control Policy.
  • Preparation of yearly budgets.
  • Resolve and escalate operation issues emanating from agents.
  • Managing document flow between agents and company
  • Any other tasks given by Unit Head or Head of Department as and when needed.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder
  • Other Insurance related qualifications
