Job Purpose
- Collaborative in formulating new product offerings – consumer perspective, product brief, product design and achieving the key performance indicators (KPIs) for Market Planning ad Development and sales target for townships within SDPB
Job Responsibilities
Business (30%)
- To support Head, Sales & Marketing to imitate, develop and implement marketing strategies.
- To assist Head, Sales & Marketing to manage and monitor the readiness of the product to be launched.
- To assist Head, Sales & Marketing – operations of Business Units in developing and planning of sales campaign and to evaluate the effectiveness of each sales activity.
Operations (60%)
- To update the competitor's activities and launches for reference in determining market driven product s and pricing
- Compiling documents i.e. costing, land listing, per comp plan, land and land related cost, common sot and product info for pricing paper purposes
- To develop competitive pricing strategies and pricing slides presentation for various products for launch to be tabled in the Property Development Community Meeting
- Compiling all final pricing details for new products to APDL Team for AP submission and product information to A&P and Sales Admin for the preparation of A&P materials and SPA respectively
- Preparation of Product Brief to Product Development Department
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing PDC presentation slide for product design approval on Marketing Input
- Attending Product and CCM engagement meeting with internal and external consultants and to provide relevant input to formulate development of new market driven products
- To appoint Model Maker. To liaise with consultants and model maker ensuring the accuracy of construction and presentable of scale model of every project
- To review SPA Drawings together with Head of Marketing and Sales – Township
- To review car park allocation for high rise development
- To review By Laws Agreement (if any) Assisting in preparing launch schedule and sales forecast for Financial Year
- Coordinate with Township to setup the Marketing Cost & Selling Expenses into the BPC system and to review the final figure
Stakeholder Management (10%)
- To maximize company resources to meet stakeholders expectation such as profitability, people (sustainability) and environment
Education/Professional Qualification
- Bachelor Degree of Marketing
Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in property development
