The candidate will need to display a strong understanding of the media landscape (digital and traditional) in order to provide effective media recommendations and strategies to drive business results.
The role requires the candidate to take and align briefs across business stakeholders to develop media plans that deliver measurable targets for the business.
Reporting to the Head of Media & Channels, the candidate will also need to work with the media agency on campaign analysis and reporting to measure effective of campaign strategies and cost efficiencies.
Functional
Support the business - including consumer (PFS), business (BCB/SME), and Islamic bank (HLISB) - with media planning by proposing optimal channels and touchpoints that drive desired campaign results.
Conduct analysis using campaign data and insights to make strategic decisions for campaign optimization to improve media spend efficiencies to drive media metrics, conversion targets, and brand growth.
Implement and maintain necessary campaign tracking and attribution tools including any ad-tech setup for campaign optimization and measurement.
Campaign reporting and benchmarking to ensure the business is able to monitor and benchmark our continuous growth overtime.
Channel management for the bank's EDM platform to ensure smooth delivery of direct marketing campaigns within best practice.
Managerial
Manage media agency and media partners for coordination of campaigns and to maximize ROI on any media packages/investment.
Organizational
Conduct periodic media reviews with the agency and relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives are on track to meet business goals.
Education/Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
Experience
Knowledge of a broad spectrum of media inventory and platforms to be able to recommend a robust media strategy
Proficient in digital media/marketing approaches to drive optimization goals
Able to think strategically to create media proposals that deliver communications via impactful and cost-efficient channels
Able to analyse campaign metrics and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance
Familiar with media best practices, content formats, and business tools
Familiar with EDM platforms and best practices
Special Skills
Able to work with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, or equivalent digital marketing campaign dashboards.
Able to use Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent web analytics tools to extract data and create reports
Familiar with campaign tagging methodologies (e.g. pixel tagging, conversion tagging, etc.)
Familiar with email delivery tools such as Mailchimp, Vertical Response, etc.
Digital marketing certifications are an added plus
