Job Purpose
- Support the Group Marketing and Local marketing function within every area of content production, multimedia needs and creatives activities in shopping mall business.
Job Responsibilities
Event & Activation Coverage
- End-to-end conceptualization, production, and execution of photography, motion graphics, videos for festive, mall activations, seasonal launches (e.g., Festive, Seasonal), and store openings.
- Oversee the Live-to-Social pipeline, ensuring high-quality sizzle reels and event recaps are edited and published within hours of an activation.
- Produce high-energy and professional-grade videos that highlight footfall, shopper engagement, and event atmosphere for social media posting and reporting.
- Manage all field equipment (lighting, audio, stabilizers) and coordinate with security to ensure safe filming protocols within high-traffic public spaces.
- Execute high-level post-production for brand films, cinematic walkthroughs, and tenant spotlight interviews.
Creatives
- Lead the visual design for mall campaigns, ensuring a seamless transition from in-mall to digital marketing channels.
- Support tenants and partners with co-branded promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs align with the mall's branding (colors, fonts, tone).
- Manage the production of marketing materials, posters, wayfinding, etc.
- Ability to render 3D models and visuals is an added advantage.
Job Dimension (Impact and Accountabilities)
- Successful execution of large-format designs with zero technical errors in print/deployment.
- Growth in social media engagement and video view-through rates.
- Adherence to turnaround times for event recaps and campaign launches.
- 100% alignment with brand guidelines across all physical and digital touchpoints.
Education/Professional Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia, design, marketing or a related field required. Any professional courses attended that are related to this position.
Professional Experience
- Possess at least 4 - or 5 years of working experience in shopping mall(s).
