Ensure accurate, timely, and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage CGC's social media platforms, ensuring all posts are relevant, informative, timely, accurate, and engaging.
Plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in line with CGC's aim to contribute to the underserved and underprivileged.
Plan and execute effective PR & Media campaigns.
Draft, edit, translate, and manage written communication materials (press releases, speeches, letters, reports, branding and marketing materials, Annual Report, etc.).
Edit and manage social media postings, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Manage and execute CSR initiatives.
Evaluate and manage donation requests objectively.
Ensure effective vendor management for the Annual Report, CSR activities, and media management.
Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering teamwork and improving overall productivity.
Undertake other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time in support of the Head of Department.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Degree in Mass Communications (Journalism), English, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Editorial, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or an equivalent role.
Knowledge: Public and media relations, project management, social media management, and people management.
Skills/Competencies: Strong language proficiency (spoken and written), communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation capabilities.
