Job Responsibilities

To plan, manage, monitor and control project tendering.
Prepare costing and fill up for tenders documents.
To ensure submission documents are complete, complied with local bye-law approval guidelines before official submission is made.
To handle, resolve, and overcome any issues that arise from respective authorities until the target achieve or the task is completed.
Attending to internal & external meetings on all government liaison matters.
Preparing reports, analyses, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Ensure that project tendering move according to predetermined schedule.
Other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

Degree in any field or equivalent experience.
Min 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to present master plan for tender and contract detail for management approval.
Strong networking and rapport with all relevant government agencies personnel.
Able to work independently, meticulous, committed with strong sense of urgency.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, third language is an added advantage.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
Team player with good interpersonal and positive attitude.
