Your Mission
- To ensure all relevant technical and stakeholder's requirements are all met.
- Liaise with all relevant government (i.e, JKR, JPS, TNB, IWK, SAINS, Ranhill-SAJ, Local PBTs) and state agencies in facilitating operational and commencement of project for Guthrie's strategic development land.
- Provide informed recommendations to management on planning and development requirements for strategic land development land potential lands.
- Coordinate with all relevant internal stakeholders (i.e, GS, CF, UPMY Estate team, RE, GMD's Office, Land Management) in providing informed recommendations to management.
- Liaise with all relevant Development Joint Venture (JV) partners (i.e, EcoWorld, NSCorp, PDT) in ensuring all development requirements are met.
- Ensuring identified key financial requirements set by the management are met.
- Ensuring all safety and health requirements are met.
- Assist in the coordination of corporate writing to management.
Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Registered Graduate Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
- Minimum 8 years experience in the industrial property Development or full life-cycle development works ranging from project planning to handing-over.
- Command good knowledge in project management, construction management, township development planning and safety health requirements.
- Experience working with large corporations or public listed companies is a plus.
- Able to work closely with government departments such as Municipal Council, Technical Agencies, and State Agencies.
- Good organisational skills, structured, and able to work systematically to prioritise workload.
- A strong team player with a mature pleasant personality.
