Job Description:

  • Review and Monitoring Reporting Progress which prepare by subordinate
  • Collect, Analyze and summarize sales, net loss, expenses report
  • Train , motivate and develop people within department
  • Liaison with HQ Department & AM/DM to address issues facing by stores time to time
  • Improve department productivity through good people management skill.
  • Ensure assignment, project are reviewed, completed & publish timely
  • Collect data for consolidation and analysis
  • Highlight and escalate issues and risk to superior / management
  • Maintain good relationship with colleagues & other departments
  • Perform sales analysis, study net loss, manpower & expenses monthly
  • Present KPI reporting to HOD and Top Management if needed
  • Conduct Yearly staff evaluation for directly report staff
  • Attend and participate in sales & retailing related meeting when needed
  • Check subordinate reporting update regularly for efficiency improvement
  • Ensure Monthly report from HQ respective department received on time for analysis
  • Other scope can be assigned from superior from time to time


Job Requirement

  • :Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • .35 years experience in retail, sales analysis, or team leadership
  • .Strong analytical skills; able to collect, review, and summarize sales, net loss, and expense data
  • .Experienced in supervising, training, and motivating teams
  • .Excellent communication; able to work cross-functional teams
  • .Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • .Strong leadership; leads by example and drives productivity
  • .Able to prepare KPI reports and present to management
  • .Detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable to additional tasks as required
