Job Summary
The role involves managing and strengthening relationships with key property developers, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboration that drives business opportunities and supports the sales team's growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Key Account Relationship Management:
- Build, maintain and enhance long-term partnerships with key developers to foster trust and mutual business success.
- Plan and formulate strategies to acquire new key accounts and increase penetration to accounts under management.
- Business Development:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic engagement with developers, contributing to overall sales targets.
- Continuous engagement with key accounts to resolve any issues, managing the upcoming sales pipeline and enhancing service levels to exceed their expectations.
- Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure developer partnerships aligned with organizational goals and market strategies.
- Monitor and bridge any gaps between developer project empanelment with our EF processing unit.
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and developer needs to inform partnership strategies.
- Conduct competitors analysis and develop effective account management plans capture sales.
- Performance Tracking:
- Measure and report on partnership effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement and value creation.
- Provide management updates on account activities event report.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in similar role in key account management with financial institutions.
- Knowledge in lending products such as mortgages, personal financing, credit card and other retail lending products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship management skills and MS power point skills.
- Ability to conduct seminar presentations to groups of external audiences.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
