Job Summary:
This role will support the Regional Sales Manager in driving offline sales performance, executing marketing activities, and managing dealer and channel operations. It bridges strategic planning and on-ground execution to support regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing sales pipeline and monitoring key sales performance indicators.
- Coordinate the implementation and tracking of marketing models and sales frameworks.
- Support showroom, roadshow, and event-based lead acquisition efforts to improve offline conversion rates.
- Help identify underperforming stores and assist in delivering improvement plans and sharing best practices.
- Conduct checks on marketing activities at the regional level to ensure alignment with HQ direction.
- Support management of market order, pricing discipline, and dealer compliance.
- Help in administering regional assessments including travel, attendance, and personnel adjustments.
- Serve as a liaison between field teams and backend business units for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
- 46 years of relevant experience in automotive industry.
- Familiarity with sales performance tracking tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to support multi-channel campaigns and dealer operations.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
