Job Summary
To lead and achieve sales target for northern region, by managing all sales & marketing staff in term of sales, planning and execution of marketing activities as well as sales administration works.
Marketing & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct regular market research on property market & competitors up to date products, pricing & marketing strategies activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports for management review.
Sales Launches & Marketing Support
- Assist in all preparation and execution of sales launches, marketing activities (Online/offline), and roadshows.
- Manage project enquiries from Real Estate Agencies and purchaser(s).
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Accountable to manage all sales enquiries, including walk-in customers, incoming calls, online registrations, and other channels.
- Provide professional assistance to purchaser(s) throughout the property buying process, including advisory on loan.
- Ensure timely collection of the initial 10% payment upon signing the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Database & Documentation Management
- Maintain & update purchaser(s) database and ensure the accuracy and latest information is available in sales system
- Accountable to check sales documentation to ensure all are in order and accurate prior submission into the system.
Sales Gallery Operations
- Manage daily operations of sales gallery, including marketing collateral(s) stock levels are available and monitor overall condition of show house (s) units.
- Update and monitor marketing expenditure reports on regular basis.
- Process invoice(s) submissions and track payment status for marketing-related expenses.
Others
- Assist to support and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management based on the skill set and requirement.
This job opportunity require to:-
- Travel and meet up with Purchaser(s) if necessary (with own transport)
- Work on Saturday and Sunday. Off day is on Weekday only.
- Face-to-face communication with prospect purchaser(s) to close sales
- Re-allocate working area to any area within Penang and Kedah.
The candidates:
- Diploma / Degree holder (preferably in Marketing / business admin)
- Relevant Experience & Years of Service
- At least 8 years relevant working experiences as a Sales & Marketing with property developer
- Interpersonal communication, good negotiation & stakeholder management skill
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Hokkien dialect would be added advantage
- Familiar with Noetics system would be added advantage
