Job Description

Responsibilities :

Sales

  • Manage and grow existing accounts and explore new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and clients for smooth sales operations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports.

Marketing

  • Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Assist in creating brochures, social media content, and packaging materials.
  • Monitor marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys.

Collaboration

  • Work with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Liaise with QA team to address customer complaints.
  • Assist in pricing strategy and promotional planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 35 years experience in sales/marketing, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willing to travel locally and overseas as needed.
  • Target-driven with strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Good problem-solving and market analysis skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food trading industry and related regulations.
