Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for leading sales operations strategies, optimizing transaction workflows, and driving operational efficiency. This role ensures all marketing and sales processes align with business goals and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Operations Management Oversee and enhance sales operations workflow, ensuring smooth execution from lead generation to deal closure.
Sales Data & CRM Oversight Ensure data accuracy and drive CRM enhancements to improve customer tracking and sales performance.
Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all sales documentation and contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies.
Sales & Marketing Performance Analytics Lead the development of sales reports, dashboards, and insights to optimize performance.
Financial & Budget Management Oversee marketing and sales operations budgets, ensuring proper allocation and cost control.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration Act as the key liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams to drive operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Development Mentor and lead the Sales Operations team, providing guidance and driving continuous improvement.
